My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room felt more like a luxury apartment with an absolutely amazing decor and an enormously large bed. However, it wasn't as fancy as we expected. The service was really helpful, offering room service, dry cleaning, a paid airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was also a highlight as the hotel is just across from the Carmelitenmarkt with its varied offerings and a neighborhood full of small family restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk from Stephansplatz. The dining experience was superb, with delicious meals served each morning in our room. However, there was a slight downside with the grilled cheese option. Overall, a great stay with a mix of positives and slight drawbacks!
Staying at this hotel felt like having my own private apartment with dedicated staff, exuding an aura of calm and tranquillity. It was a different experience than expected, not overly fancy but already really enjoyable. The location across from Carmelitenmarkt with its varied offerings and in a neighborhood full of small family restaurants was excellent, although not right in the very center.
